HESS ENERGY – 80th Anniversary Calendar

Hess Energy – a global force in oil, gas and energy solutions – delivers a wall calendar every year to its many employees and corporate clients. It's a big deal for them, and a showcase piece. I was distinctly privileged to have been given the assignment to design their 80th Anniversary version. Typically the calendar touts Hess' achievements for the previous year, but since this was a special occasion, the content time traveled back to Hess' early days, and took the reader on a trip from 1933 to present. It was a really fun assignment, both to create and to research. Many of the photos were pulled from the Hess archives, and I had a blast (from the past!) digging deep into their rich history and fondly taking a peek into the nostalgia of days gone by.
