When it comes to making construction projects successful, Waste Management has a lot of tools in its toolbox. Their team of Construction Solutions experts works directly with contractors, providing customized waste solutions and a host of innovative services to maximize efficiencies while minimizing environmental impact.

From the ground up, the agency team and I built a highly successful campaign across multiple media outlets.

 

This brochure serves as a blueprint for how Waste Management helps its construction customers be on top of their game.

 

Here’s a print ad that promotes DART (Diversion and Recycling Tracking Tool), an exclusive online service that allows subscribers to track recycling efforts across their construction projects. This simple yet effective visual was used across a multimedia campaign for the tool.

This ad was part of a multimedia campaign touting Waste Management’s success in helping hardison/downey, a leader in commercial construction, realize a 90% waste-diversion-from-landfill rate. This strong recycling effort was chronicled in a case study, which the audience could download.

 

Landing pages allowed visitors to download the hardison/downey success story, as well as take the first step to making their own projects environmentally efficient.

 

Online ads and a response email

 

This is a series of three high-end direct mail pieces, delivered to influential C-suite executives. Each box carried a targeted message about DART, as well as themed desk items, like a handy cork message ball with dart thumbtacks. Other useful gifts were a coffee cup with a target-like coaster and a dart-shaped pen with note pad. The program was very successful. The response rate was exceptionally high and generated more leads than Waste Management had forecast. In fact, people who weren’t on the mailing list began requesting some of the popular mailings for themselves.
