The drive touts Waste Management's Total Recycling Program, a proprietary initiative targeted toward the commercial real estate industry. This unique program assigns dedicated WM specialists to work directly with property management, tailoring green programs to fight waste and control costs.

The hero visual for this campaign uses…a hero. An executive dons a cape and proudly looks over a landscape built entirely from recyclable materials. Powered by the strength of the Total Recycling Program, he can feel confident in protecting his environment.
